By accessing or using Easy Workers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Easy Workers provides managed worker automation features, including optional Google OAuth integrations for approved capabilities such as calendar read/write workflows.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully.

4. Google OAuth and API Data

If you connect Google, you authorize us to access and process only the scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5. Billing and Paid Features

Paid subscriptions and top-ups are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes tied to your use of paid services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to interfere with service integrity, availability, or security.
• Bypass limits, access controls, or authentication requirements.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
